The process isn't simple and with the best will in the world, may well take a lot longer than you would like. Whilst we are paid by the seller, we think that by helping you we are normally helping them as well, so we would rather you asked if there was anything you are unsure about.

MAKING AN OFFER

If you see a property that you like and can afford, you will need to make an offer to us if you wish to purchase it. Please download our OFFER FORM and complete it with your contact details, your offer amount, and information about your solicitor and mortgage. We will then pass this offer on to the vendor.

If you were selling your property you would probably want some information about the proposed buyer, and whether they could afford the property, before you responded. The form below is intended to provide that information to the vendor so that they can then make an informed decision regarding the offer that you wish to make.
