GO Property Services Ltd has been trading since 2003. The business was established to provide a 1st class dedicated Letting Agency experience to Landlords in the Nottingham area.

Initially trading as Lettings direct.co.uk, we opened our Leeds Letting Agency in 2007 before changing our name to GO and opening our Estate Agency in Nottingham in 2009.

The GO Lettings Property Manager system, refined over the past 8 years our system is what sets us apart from the competition. One of the main reasons we win business from other agents is due to the poor customer service clients have previously received. Our system has been developed and refined over 8 years and we think pound-for-pound provides our clients with the best property management service in the UK. The GO Lettings system provides clients with ONE PORT OF CALL FOR EVERYTHING.  Your Property Manager will list the property - often they will also be the ones that do the viewing and agree the let, they will then complete the tenant referencing, draw up the contract and produce the supporting paperwork, then collect the rent and move them in.

Once the tenants are in, the PM will do the quarterly inspections and handle any repairs. They will discuss renewals during the tenancy and  in the unlikely event of it happening, they'll chase in any arrears. At the end of the tenancy the PM will receive and process the notice, contact the landlord to discuss the remarketing price, and then readvertise the property and the cycle then starts over again.

Short of doing it yourself, it's as thorough as you can get and it's one of the main reasons that we've continued to grow every year since we were formed. Yes, you can get cheaper if you shop around, but when it comes to service we strongly believe that you get what you pay for.

We are members of regional Landlord Associations, in Nottingham our MD is a director of EMPO, and our director in Leeds is a member of the RLA, so we are kept well up-to-date with legislation and local issues.

GO Property Services is affiliated to The National Association of Estate Agents, who are working to promote professionalism within the industry. It is a prerequisite of the NAEA that we abide by its code of practice. We are also registered with The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
