We are pleased to announce that Let Insurance Services (LIS), our specialist Landlord & Tenants insurance providers, have relaxed their criteria for rental guarantees. We are now able to offer Rental Gaurantees on all properties, regardless of when the tenancy started.

This is great news for landlords as traditionally Rental Gaurantees had not been possible until the start of a new tenancy.

As with any insurance product, certain criteria need to be met, but we are confident that in 95% of tenancies this insurance will be available if clients wish to proceed.
